The Museum's opening times are currently 10:00am - 5:00pm

The Museum is open every day except Christmas Day.

Free entry with Museum admission.

Adult: $12
Child (4-15 years): $6
Children under 4: FREE
NSW Seniors Card holders and pensioners: $8
Family (1 adult and up to 3 children; or 2 adults and up to 2 children): $30

Group bookings for child care, pre-school and play groups:

Booking is essential for groups otherwise entry is subject to availability.

Group numbers: 30 maximum, 8 minimum
Cost: To ensure your Museum admission experience is smooth and straight forward a cost of $3 per child is charged, regardless of their age. Adult supervisors are free if within adult supervisor to student/child ratio (1:2 for under 5 years old and 1:5 for Kindergarten). With free supervisor entry your group will not be paying more than general admission.

Strollers and prams
Please use the stroller and pram parking outside The Wiggles exhibition. There's no space for strollers and prams inside, so we appreciate your help in giving everyone room to get wiggly.

The Powerhouse Museum is located at 500 Harris Street, Ultimo and is close to Darling Harbour, Chinatown, Central Station (Sydney Terminal), Broadway bus station (Railway Square), and Paddy's Markets Monorail Station.
