Journey through the wonderful world of taste – sweet, salty, bitter, sour and umami – with hands-on family workshops. Be guided by leading foodies and chefs, including Simon Thomsen, Justin North (Becasse), Jared Ingersoll (Danks St Depot), Alex Herbert (Bird Cow Fish), Michael Klausen (Brasserie Bread) and Darren Simpson (ambassador for Children’s Food Education Foundation).

Suitable for families with children aged 6 – 16 years.

10.30am – 11.15am - UMAMI with Justin North
11.30am – 12.14pm - SOUR with Michael Klausen
12.30pm – 1.15pm - SWEET with Darren Simpson
1.30pm – 2.15pm - BITTER with Alex Herbert
2.30pm – 3.15pm - SALTY with Jared Ingersoll

Cost: $10 per person, per workshop (includes Museum admission)
