Celebrate the Year of the Rabbit with a range of activities for the whole family!
Practice Chinese knotting
See Chinese knotting master Dadi Xiong (she made the tassel for the Beijing Olympic Games jade seal), demonstrate the beautiful art of Chinese knotting, 1pm – 3pm, free with Museum admission.
Make your own lucky Chinese knot to take home in hands-on workshops (ages 10 years and over), 1pm, 1.30pm, 2pm, 2.30pm. $2 to make a tassel.
Hear children’s stories
Celebrate the Year of the Rabbit and hear fun rabbit-related children’s stories, 12pm – 3pm, free with Museum admission.
Join a tour
Take a highlights tour in a Cantonese language, 3pm – 4pm, free with Museum admission.
