When asked to design costumes for the Opening Ceremony of the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games, Jenny Kee's response was, 'Something clicked in my brain...I just knew that I could do things that were larger than life and to have this opportunity...was just so appealing.'

In the lead-up to the Sydney Olympics, it was the torch that first captured the hearts of Australians and ignited the Olympic spirit. Blue Sky Design won the contract for the Olympic torch with their symbolic and environmentally-friendly design.
