Entry is open to residents of New South Wales. Employees of Jenni Carbins Marketing and their immediate families, associated agencies of this promotion and companies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter the promotion.

To enter book a class of school students before 3 December 2004 to attend the Lord of the Rings Exhibition and go into the first round prize draw. All classes booked to attend the exhibition before 31 March 2005 are entered in the second round prize draw. |

The prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable.

| 5. |
Competition commencement date is Monday 18 October 2004. Entries close midnight on 31 March 2005. |

The first round draw will take place at Powerhouse Museum at 1pm on Monday 6 December 2004 and the second round draw will take place at 1pm on Friday 1 April 2005 at Powerhouse Museum 500 Harris Street, Ultimo, Sydney 2000. The winners will be notified by telephone and published on the Powerhouse Museum website. |

The first six entries drawn in the first round draw will win a double pass to The Lord of the Rings Motion Picture Trilogy – The Exhibition. |

At the conclusion of the first round draw competition date all data collated from school bookings to the Lord of the Rings Exhibition will be placed in one barrel and six entries will be pulled out which will be the first round winners of the Powerhouse Museum Education promotion. |

The first valid entry drawn in the second round draw will win a Sharp Video/Data Projector XRISDLP valued at $2999. Any change in the value of the prize occurring between the publishing of these Conditions and the date the prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the promoters. |

The second round prize will be delivered to the winner. |

At the conclusion of the second round draw competition date all data collated from school bookings/visits to the Lord of the Rings Exhibition will be placed in one barrel and one entry will be pulled out which will be the second round winner of the Powerhouse Museum Education promotion.

Total maximum prize value of first round draw is $ 240.00 and second round draw prize is $2999.00 |

The Powerhouse Museum will retain the prizes until claimed by the winner. If the second round draw prize is not been claimed by Monday 4 April 2005 then a further draw will be conducted at 12pm on Tuesday 5 April 2005 at the same place as the original draw and their details will be published on Powerhouse Museum website on Wednesday 6 April 2005. Disposal of any unclaimed prizes may be subject to any written directions given under Reg 37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regualations, 1993 (SA). |

The promoter’s decision in relation to any aspects of the competition is final and binding on every person who enters and no correspondence will be entered into. |
| 15. |
The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any other prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. |

The Promoter and their associated agencies, and companies associated with this promotion will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit. |

In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the Prize.

If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. |

In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the event and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to State Regulation.
