Brewing and pubs recreated the age of Tooth & Co, once Sydney's largest brewer. Visitors were able to see how a cooper made casks and find out how technology has changed work in a brewery. Compare the glamorous images promoted by pub paintings with the attitudes of the temperance movement and discover how to brew a beer on a computer interactive.
