Artist statement
‘Lace is more than a textile fabric, but a method that can be applied to all kinds of objects. Its patterns and designs can be found all around us in the natural world. The aim of the work is to stimulate awareness that the patterns and structure of lace are everywhere and more then just a human-made artefact.’
