This wonderful shot, capturing lightning, has been photographed by one of the members in our Wild weather group on Flickr. This image was captured using a Nikon D90 with a focal length of 18mm at f/11.0 with the ISO at 100.

Fly, fly away.
I woke up just as the extreme lightning was ending, so I didn’t get any shots with multiple strikes in them. This one’s not spectacular, but the bird flying around makes it unique.
This group was started to coincide with the redevelopment of the Ecologic exhibition, which will re-open very soon, and the images that appear in our Flickr group will be shown on a large screen in the gallery.
