Trainspotting highly commended: diesel and electric category

This image was selected for our Trainspotting 2012 photography competition and exhibition. This photograph, taken in Blue Mountains, NSW was highly commended in the diesel and electric category. The photographers caption reads:

Bundaberg
By focussing the viewer’s attention on the harmonious lines of the rounded polished stainless steel bodywork and how the horn, headlamps, pilot lights and destination window compliment these lines, it’s my intention to highlight the aesthetic beauty in the design of the QR2000 class rail motor.

Trainspotting 2012 the exhibition is now closed but we will let you know the next venue that will be hosting it, as soon as it is confirmed.
