This great fashion shot comes from the Bruno Benini photography archive that we acquired with funding assistance from the Australian Government’s National Cultural Heritage Account in 2009. Last year we held the exhibition Creating the look: Benini and fashion photography to celebrate the work that Bruno and his stylist wife Hazel had achieved. The following statement about this image comes from our collection record.
Photographic print, fashion, black and white, mounted on card, Lurex Colette, designer Jo Bond, model Miki Gardner, photograph by Bruno Benini, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 1969.
