This photograph was taken by one of the Flickr members from our Me and the Powerhouse Museum group. It was shot during the Sydney Design Festival last year during a program that we held called ‘Framed’.
This all-day shoot that happened at the Museum revealed what went on behind the making of a fashion photography shoot. Two sets were created in our Turbine Hall and on the sets we had a photographer, wardrobe stylist, set designers, hair stylist, make-up artist and model – who managed to create a fashion shoot. Sydney-based fashion photographer Hamish Ta-mé directed proceedings to show how to create an image.
