Significance statement
Alistair Morrison has written on the title page of the book: 'Hedda took the "demonstration photographs" but never received any acknowledgement and the negatives disappeared. Professor Spoeil? was the head of the Munich Photo School. Hedda was a student at the school'.
The lack of acknowledgement of her photos was a great irritant to Hedda.
