Jug ('Poole Vase'), earthenware, Bendigo Pottery, Victoria, 1930-1940.
Jug-like art ware "Poole Vase", of slender tapering cylindrical form with a tulip-like wide flaring rim, a sinuous handle extends from the back of the rim to the lower body ; exterior lead glazed with tortoiseshell-like mottled brown glaze.
