Used by the donor Patrice Connelly (born 1956) while attending primary school at Coogee Public School in the mid 1960s.
She attended high school at the Conservatorium High School, completing her HSC in 1973. She studied for a Bachelor of Music at Sydney University, worked as a librarian, became involved in the Early Music Association and completed a Masters degree in Music at Sydney University in the early 1990s.
Her father was Harry Thomas Connelly, a pianist and songwriter who wrote songs recorded by Col Joye, Buddy Williams, Jimmy Little, Jimmy Parkinson, and Val Doonican. He worked for many years at the ABC as a music copyist.
