The Victa 100 was a development of the design by Henry Millicer which won the Royal Aero Club design competition for light aircraft.
The model was made for the museum's aviation collection by the museum's modelmaker, Iain Scott-Stevenson
The wooden prototype Millicer Airtourer flew for the first time on 10 April, 1959. It was granted type approval on 4 July 1962. The prototype all-metal Victa Airtourer was flown on 12 December 1961 and production ceased in Australia in 1966 after 169 Airtourers had been built.:Date of manufacture

1:12 scale model of a Victa Airtourer 100. Low wing, tricycle undercarriage, single engine monoplane. The model is mostly painted white with blue and red trim. The model aircraft carries the registration "VH-MTC". Detailed interior of cockpit with red trim. Red spinner and two-bladed propeller.
