Designed by Ian Cameron at Design Field, Sydney. Made by Tytel Pty Ltd, Sydney, NSW, Australia.
The Tytel 700 series range of telephones received an Australian Design Award in 1987.

The 721 was the most economic unit in the Tytel range. It cost less than three years rental of a standard phone while having the additional features of handsfree dialling and a 12 number memory.

Telephone, desk top push button, Tytel 721 MK IV, designed by Design Field, made by Tytel Pty Limited, Australia, 1987

Desk top push button telephone unit with memory and PABX interface capability, in black plastic. Includes handset and cord, cable for attachment to standard telecom terminal, instruction leaflet and packaging.
