Thermometer, metal, wood and glass, maker and date unknown, used by Tooth and Co., Sydney, New South Wales, Australia

A thermometer, made of metal, wood and glass, which consists of a rectangular metal case in which sits a wooden rectangular plate. On plate sits a U-shaped glass thermometer secured with hinges, also on wooden plate is printed text which reads, 'MINM / 20 / 10 / 0 / 10 / 20 / 30 / FREEZE / 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 / 110 / 120 / 130' and to the right of this, 'MAXM / 130 / 120 / 110 / 100 / 90 / 80 / 70 / 60 / 50 / 40 / FREEZE / 30 / 20 / 10 / 0 / 10'.
