Beer bottle and contents, unopened, "White Horse Ale" amber glass/paper/metal, brewed and bottled by Tooth & Co. Limited, Sydney, Australia, c 1953.
Moulded amber beer bottle, unopened, curved base, cylinderical in shape with sloping shoulder tapering to a short neck, with a crown cork finish closed with a metal cap. The bottle has adjacent vertical mould seams from the heel to finish. An oval paper label, printed in red, cream and black, details trade and product information. The cap is also printed with the trade name. Embossed moulded lettering on the heel of the bottle contains trade information. Embossed trademark, design and mould number on base. Contains beer.

BOTTLE COMPANY PTY LTD", embossed moulded trademark on base, Australian Glass Manufacturers Company trademark, large "A" with G/ M" within, beneath, "1953/ IS.89/ 4".
