The cover and stamp were made in the USA, c. 1967. The name and address printed on the back flap of the envelope is probably the maker of the envelope.

Cover, Apollo 4 unmanned flight, paper, USA, 1967

Philatelic envelope commemorating the Apollo 4 mission. The envelope has a purple ink stamp on the left side that depicts the logos of NASA and the US Navy Recovery Force. The US stamps depict the peace dove and American historian Francis Parkman. Typewritten text has been written on and near the stamps. The postmark is from the USS Bennington and is dated Novermber 9 1967. On the back of the envelope is the printed address of the sender.
