Floor lamp, 'Treetops', made of painted metal component parts. A wedge shaped base of heavy cast metal [lead], painted metallic green. A slender, orange metal tube secured to the base with two bolts, rising in a gentle arc to form the stand. A red metal handle attached centrally to the stand with six screws. A hollow, blue metal cylinder attached at the top of the stand forms the lamp head pivoting mechanism with a short straight stainless steel rod to allow movement. Pivoting mechanism surmounted with a rectangular black metal tube flanked by two traingular red metal pieces. Attached to this is the lamp head in the form of a yellow metal box of rectangular cube shape, housing a textured metallic reflector and and arc style halogen tube shaped bulb. A two phase black electrical cord powers the lamp via base of stand, with a dimmer designed for foot control.
