Aluminium pole, part of theatrical prop, aluminium tubing, designed by Eamon D'Arcy, made by Gustavo Balboa, Charles Gillespie and Jamie Gill, at the Ceremonies workshop, used in the 'Arrivals' segment of the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games Opening Ceremony, Sydney 2000

25 Pole, hollow aluminium pole. Towards one end of the pole is grey rubber binding that has been wrapped around the pole and secured using gaffer tape. A small hole has been drilled through the surface of each end of the pole.
