Wig for Liberty costume, afro style, made from synthetic black fibre sewn into a black net that is elasticised at the front and back. White manufactures tag sewn to inside of the wig with black text 'Non- flammable / 100% Synthetic / Fiber / Origin from Japan / Wig made in China'. Part of 2001/84/197 (SC255) Liberty costume.
