Toy Robot, 'Blink-A-Gear', tin plate/ acrylic/plastic, KO, Japan, c.1965. Toy robot black painted metal body with red feet, hands and ears, a claer acrylic panel on the chest reveals 4 plastic cogs in yellow, blue, red and pink, the robot has two red indicator lights as eyes and geometric shapes represent the nose and mouth. The robot is run by clockwork and has a metal key in its left side, a panel at the back has images that represent working parts.
