Original and carbon copy of a two page typed letter from Geoffrey Collings to the Honourable R J Carr, Premier of New South Wales, offering to donate his house and land to the people of New South Wales. The letter is unsigned and undated. A yellow post it note has the words 'Sign and date' in blue ink written on and has been stuck to the first page of the letter.
