Toy fire engine, Dinky Streamlined Fire Engine (25h), metal, made by Meccano Ltd, Liverpool, England, 1936-1937
Toy streamlined fire engine made from die-cast metal and finished in red paintwork. The toy fire engine features white tyres, an aluminium ladder on the roof and a brass bell. The toy is representative of the full-size Leyland Merryweather fire engine.
