Rectangular banner of blue satin, decorated in white paint with 'MOSMAN / W.C.T.U. / 1904 / "FOR GOD, HOME / AND HUMANITY'. Below this is a bunch of hand painted flannel flowers. The bottom is edged with gold metallic fringe. The top edge is formed into a tube to hold a silver rod. Backed with blue fabric.
