Prospectus issued under the Companies Act 1936 for the issue of shares for the Minerva Centre Limited, which company intended to build the Minerva Theatre, Orwell Street and the Paradise Theatre, Macleay Street, Sydney. Includes concept drawings, maps and photos of surrounding buildings. The centre was originally designed by Charles Bruce Dellit and completed by Crick and Furse. The Minerva was bought by MGM in 1948 and then became known as the Metro Kings Cross.
