Stockings, pair, silk, designer and maker unknown, c. 1920

Pair of chocolate brown silk stockings. Unworn with reinforced heel and toe, and casing around the top for insertion of elastic.
Made: 1915 - 1925
Marks
Printed on one toe, enclosed in circle, 'D. WAHL'
Black fabric label sewn on inside at top of each stocking, stitched in white, 'OA'.
