The shot point indicator slide rule consists of four concentric disks in white plastic with numbers engraved onto edges/surfaces in either a red or black text. The first, and smallest disk, displays the type and manufacturing details of the shot point indicator in black printed text. The second, 5.87", disk shows the recording channel data. The third, slightly larger, 6.70", disk shows data for RLS Input, and the fourth and largest, 7.25", disk shows data for the ground station.
The case is made of a black plastic, with a faux leather design and has a single button fasterer at the top. It is shaped like a half circle, with a flat top which can be folded over and sealed.
