Dress, from women's outfit consisting of a dress, gloves, slip, tights and shoes, polyester / cotton / nylon / rayon / rubber, designed by Jun Takahashi Undercover label, "but beautiful 11 homage to Jan Svankmajer" collection, Japan, Spring Summer 2005

Consists of an Edwardian-style dress made from pale blue cotton which has been sewn and cut to appear cracked and decayed. The dress features lace sleeves with a floral motif and has an attached lace petticoat edged with uneven pieces of white painted floral design metal. The waistline of the dress is decorated with an oversized bow and long pieces of silver synthetic hair. Plastic yellow synthetic teeth decorate the bustline along with seven silver buttons simulating cracked mirrors. Six small padded cushions featuring images of the human brain are also sewn into the tulle at the bustline with two violet-coloured eyeballs attached to each. Blue-green fur is sewn into the neckline on the front of the dress. Fur sewn into the waistline spills out between a large rusted zipper on the back of the dress. The cuffs are decorated with embroidered teeth and feature two violet-coloured eyeballs as cuff buttons. Embroidered teeth also decorate the neckline of the dress.
