Figurine, 'Federation Bunnykins', earthenware, designed by Brian Dalglish and Bill Bryant, made by Royal Doulton, Australia / England, 1999 - 2000

Consists of a painted earthenware figurine of a brown male rabbit from the 'Bunnykins' series. The Bunnykin is depicted marching on a circular convex base which represents the beach. An orange starfish is applied next to its right foot. The rabbit is dressed in a blue tie-on swimming cap and a one-piece, knee-length bathing costume patterned with motifs from the Australian flag. The rabbit also holds a flagpole with an Australian flag over his left shoulder.
