Printed on lower centre of postcard '56065. The Ponds and Caesar's Well, Keston.' Handwritten in ink on reverse 'This is a view / of the famous / Roman Well / Many a / village youth / of years ago have / learnt to / swim in the ponds / as a matter of / fact they are / very dangerous / the outer bricks / & a false bottom has been added'.
