Photographic print, sepia, group portrait of William Gray and his daughters Grizel and Charlotte

William Gray (born 8 July 1868) was the husband of Helen Anne ("Nellie") Gray (born 1879), daughter of Lawrence Hargrave. Their daughter Grizel was born 7 September 1905 and daughter Charlotte was born 21 March 1907. In this photo Grizel, dressed as a queen, holds a fan and a lawnmower.

Inscribed in ink on reverse 'The Queen in state robes - note the / crown - carnation - gloves - & - garter ribbon!" and in another hand 'Nellie Grays husband / & daughters'.
