Description
Regalia, Independent Order of Odd Fellows Manchester Unity, Sydney, awarded to P. G. William Lane on 26 December 1856. Circular silver medal with an ornate floral border on obverse and reverse, surmounted by scroll work and a suspension ring. Obverse: an applied gilt wreath, a hand motif in the centre with a red tear shaped gem in the centre of the palm, an engraved eye above the hand and a silver hallmark below. Reverse: engraved details of the award and recipient and silver hallmark below.
