Description
Tea cosy, hooked wool, maker unknown, 1925-1935

A semi circular woolen tea cosy hand woven from hooked wool through a hessian base, unknotted. Blue background with a stylised floral motif in pale blue, green, orange pink and yellow. Blue synthetic lining to the interior layered on top of the hessian. There are holes for the spout and handle, one is larger than the other.
