Built br Mr Brian Sheehy in Neutral Bay, Sydney over a period of six months and 420 hours of work, as a result of a 100 dollar bet that he couldnt build the Harbour Bridge out of matches. Built between the year of 1984-1985

Model of Sydney Harbour Bridge, matchsticks/split paddle-pop sticks, made by Brian Sheehy, Sydney, Australia, 1984-1985

A scale model (approx 1:900) of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, made from a total of 9734 matchsticks and split paddlepop sticks. Assembled using carpenters wood glue and P.V.A. wood glue and sprayed with two coats of clear lacquer.
