Calculator, Olivetti 'Divisumma 24', metal/plastic/rubber, designed by Marcello Nizzoli, manufactured by Olivetti, Italy, c.1956

Electronic calculator, large rectangular, grey painted metal machine, with a sloping keypad. The keypad features 1-9 numeric keys and various function keys in black, white blue and red, all mounted on a maroon base. The black plastic cover at the top has a vertical, clear acrylic window at the front, through which a row of red dots and the number '4' are visable. The unit has a paper roll at the back, the paper feeds through to a small platen at the top of the cover. The whole unit sits on 4 small rubber feet.

Makers name "Olivetti" is attached on a small metal plaque on the top of the unit in the lower right corner.
