Packaged soap powder, 'Rinso', paper / soap, made by Lever Bros, Australia, 1940-1950

An unopened packet of 'Rinso' consisting of a rectangular cardboard packet containing soap powder. The front of the packet features an image of a woman pegging a sheet on a washing line on a green background. On the back of the packet directions for use are given.

Made: Lever Brothers; Australia; 1940 - 1950
Marks
Yellow and white text on the front of the packet reads 'Rinso / GIVES THICKER, / RICHER SUDS'. Yellow text on one side of the packet reads 'Rinso / SAFE FOR ALL YOUR WASH'.
