Dish, tinplate, Salter and Company, England, early 20th century.
Circular, concave, tinplate. Rolled lip with 3 holes at edge and twisted wire in each hole, hooking to short length of iron chain, the ends of which are joined by another piece of twisted wire with loop for attaching to hook of balance.
