Document, Error and Rate Card used with stellar spectrograph, paper / ink / pencil, used at Sydney Observatory, Adam Hilger Limited, London, England, 1910-1920.

A white rectangular card with black printed text. There is a table printed on the card listing the days of the week. The table has been filled out in pencil. Some rough sketches have been made in pencil on the back of the card.

'ERROR AND RATE / OF / CHRONOMETER / DURING THE / Week ending...'. Text in pencil on the back of the card reads '5W 1 M Q / 1 Tea Formula in Hypo'.
