Butt in form of shoulder butt carries head of stag. Brass mounts. Originally a flintlock converted to percussion. Pistol presented to donor in 1942 by Shiek Louis Hobeiche of Mameltein near Jounieh, Lebanon. Had been in the possession of Sheik's family for many years.(LC).
