Dress, evening, banana yellow silk, separated bodice and skirt, c. 1895-1900 (OF). Evening dress of daffodil yellow satin, fully lined with lace accordion pleated frill at inside hem. Bodice mounted on fitted lining, full in front where it is fastened by hooks & eyes. Bertha lace collar falling over short puff sleeves with rushed flounces. Ribbon bows on shoulders. Gored skirt with fullness gaged at back & slightly longer at back. Period 1885-6 (SB).
