Ebony, brass and bone quadrant. Bone inset scale marked 0 - 100 (degrees), Vernier scale marked (0-20), One horizon glass and one index glass, two sets of filter finger and tangent screws, mounted on three brass legs. Boxed into a simple wooden structure with two metal hinges to the side and a sliding clasp to the other.
