Barnett Henry Abrahams was a music box dealer and maker. This machine may have been made by his company in London, or may have been imported from St Croix in Switzerland. The records are marked as 'Made in St Croix'.

"Brittania" polyphone mechanical musical box in lockable wooden case with imitation redwood finish and iron carry handles, decorated with palmettes, screwed into either side. Rim of lid, feet and interior of box painted black. Decorative "Brittania" transfer on outside and inside of lid. Decorative 'woodgrain' transfer forms border on lid and front panel. Keyhole in upper centre of front panel. Interior mechanism wound by wooden handled 'key' which fits over metal spindle next to playing mechanism. This key is contained within box. There is also another key in box - use unknown. May not be part of this machine. Musical box comes with 13 original "Brittania" 8 3/8" metal discs in their own lain wooden box with sliding lid. (OF).
