Tea pot handle, plastic [phenol-formaldehyde / urea-formaldehyde resin], made by Commonwealth Moulding Pty Ltd, Arncliffe, New South Wales, Australia, 1942

A mottled red serpentine form plastic tea pot handle. It has flat sides and upper with a triangular angled point. It is decorated with raised foliate motif on both sides. It is pierced at one end only with a small circular hole (to attach to teapot).
