A hand thrown, glazed, earthenware jardinere painted (faience) on the exterior with Sturt's desert pea (Clianthus formosus) flowers and foliage on a yellow ground. The interior is also of a graded yellow glaze, with the circular body rising from a flat base to an upright rim.
