Description
Top hat, collapsible, silk, made for David Jones Ltd, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, made in England, [1930]

Collapsible top hat of black silk with narrow black gros grain band and binding around band. The crown is tall and tubular, (oval in section). The crown and brim are hard with a spiral spring between the outer cloth and lining. Fully lined with black silk. Gold stamp inside crown.
