Water jug and stand, wash basin and soap dish, 'Royle's Patent Toilet Aquarius', earthenware / cast iron, Doulton, England, c. 1835-1890
Early Doulton earthenware wash basin, soap dish and water jug. The latter a patent style horizontal design, handle in centre over the mouth, supported on a brass stand to enable water to be poured by tilting jug. Known as Royles Patent Toilet Aquarius. (Period 1835-90) (LC).
