The exterior is coated with a white slip beneath a yellow glaze. The interior is decorated with a sgraffiato bird design on a field of clear green glaze over a white slip. A border of circles between pairs of parallel lines features beneath the lip. Splashes of yellow and green glaze cover the incised decoration.
