A tureen, made from moulded fine bone china, oval in shape, bearing a decoration of blue-grey chrysanthemums. An oval-shaped foot rings rises to an oval-shaped body, with fluted sides, a scalloped rim and an interior ledge to hold the lid. Two wide scroll handles extend from the sides. The upper half of the exterior is decorated with a band of pink, edged at the bottom in gold and scalloped gold and decorated with gold-outlined, blue-grey chrysanthemums. The handles are painted in solid gold. The foot is edged in gold. The interior and exterior of the rim is edged in gold and clouded gold.
A cover for a tureen, made from moulded fine bone china, oval in shape, bearing a decoration of blue-grey chrysanthemums. The cover is oval-shaped and domed, with fluted sides and an undulating rim. At the centre of the cover is a moulded handle in the shape of an oval, petalled flower. The cover is decorated at the border by a band of pink, with blue-grey chrysanthemums, outlined in gold. The rim is edged in gold and clouded gold. The handle is painted solid gold.
